The AIG Building consists of a free standing tower and a four level annex building. The free standing tower allows four sided light and views over the harbour, Albert Park and the CBD. Existing lessees range from some of New Zealand’s biggest companies to small barristers and the floors can be configured to provide full floor open plan space or split to provide good quality smaller suites.
